Community Tickets are offered in limited numbers at a reduced price for those who are unemployed, claiming benefits or experiencing financial hardship and would otherwise be unable to attend a Dragonwise Circle. We ask that you please only choose a Community Ticket if this applies to you, so that these limited places remain available for those who genuinely need them. Community Tickets are booked for a specific Circle and cannot be transferred to another date, nor are they refundable. This helps us make sure that these limited tickets go to people who are genuinely planning to attend that particular Circle.

These are the usual ticket type. If you’re unable to attend the Circle you’ve booked, your Flamemaker Ticket can be transferred once to a future Dragonwise Circle. To transfer your ticket, please email team@dragonwise.co.uk at least 24 hours before the Circle begins, and let us know which future Circle you would like to attend instead. Tickets cannot be transferred with less than 24 hours’ notice, and once a Flamemaker Ticket has been moved to a new date, it cannot be transferred again. These rules allow us to plan each Circle responsibly, cover our costs and make sure Dragonwise can continue.
